Currently, Global Gratitude (GG) is focused primarily on women, though men are certainly welcome to participate. Since the feminine represents inner vitality and is the foundational essence of externally directed vitality and action (the masculine), the work of GG flows from the inner to the outer … meaning from the feminine to the masculine, or from the grandmothers to the grandfathers. For this reason, we begin Global Gratitude with a focus on grandmothers, women and children. Future GG programs will focus on grandfathers, fathers and children.

Unitree Foundation offers two ways to experience the Global Gratitude program:

The Full 99-Day GG Program
This program is the most effective experience of Global Gratitude. It begins with a 3-hour introductory seminar and continues with a simple 99-day process. Committing to 7 minutes a day in guided reflection is all you need to do. You begin by opening your heart and consciously focusing on the grandmothers and great-grandmothers in your family tree. As you do this, you increase the flow of love and light from your ancestors to you, your children and future generations. You then extend the flow of these gifts to others. You might begin by focusing on mothers and children that you know. It is helpful to have a picture to reflect on and, if needed, the Unitree office can help you with photographs of mothers and children. Ultimately, you are encouraged to connect heart-to-heart with mothers and children throughout the world. To guide you in this program, a Practice Booklet and a GG CD with special selections of music are provided. By participating in this very simple process, you help to make the world a more beautiful place!

Using Sacred Sequence I to Practice GG
The CD for Sacred Sequence (SSI) I can be used as an alternative way of cultivating the practice of Global Gratitude. This shorter approach was developed for those with a busy schedule. The instruction packet included with the CD provides foundational information on Global Gratitude and guides you through the process of cultivating a reflective GG practice. The SSI CD may also be used after completing the full 99-day GG program, in a follow-up, ongoing practice of Global Gratitude.
