Rayid Iris / Birth Order Intensive

Part 1: Rayid Iris

Hello, this is Denny Johnson, and welcome to an introductory course which includes an intensive in Rayid Iris, Birth Order, Grandparents, Case Studies and a whole combination of how to take the whole system that has been inspired for the benefit of mankind into the practical application of ones personal life.

I would first like to preface this to say that I am eternally thankful for the lifelong inspiration that has made this possible. And I’d also like to say that the inspiration that has originally brought forth this information and its multiple ways of being applied is truly very beautiful and at times quite stunning. And it continues to flow until the most recent information is perhaps the most beneficial. And I’ll just give you an idea of it.

The interior human body in its multiple organs, glands, tissues, systems and so on, nerves, meridians, known and unknown forms of channels, circuits, connections of life-force, the human body is a living temple of the living soul. And that the wise and correct use of the human body empowers and enables the spiritual being, the true self, the soul, or whatever name you wish to call it, to be more fully animated and expressing itself into material existence. The interior of the physical body, for most people, is a realm to which they are only vaguely sensitive. Most people are not sensitive to their blood flowing, their lungs breathing, their nerves moving, and yet the interior of the human body is capable of being able to be sensitive to the shapes or movements of different glands or organs, and eventually, to fully occupy the cellular matter of the body is to enable our higher, spiritual, personal selves to become more fully shared into the physical world. The original experience by which this has arrived is well documented and detailed in the book called, "Thank the Burning Bush". So I won’t go into describing how the original experiences of inspiration led to the accumulation of this knowledge and to a lifetime of passionate and devoted service that others might benefit from this. The original experience of the iris, which basically has been with me for the last 25 years, that is from late 1970’s through now has been a continuous unfoldment of the vehicle of ones own soul as it evolves, experiences, and animates itself into the body, the mind, and relationships. I would say that what I have learned is that there is a naturally profound sequence of realization where the iris in many ways represents to me not only the soul, but the initial experience of the soul shining into matter through the lens of the mind. And that the birth order represents in many ways the experience of the interaction between family members, siblings, and their parents and grandparents. This birth order topography represents the experience of feeling as the first social, emotional interactions are realized and expressed. Ultimately the wise use of the mind and the feeling, as it materializes more of its sensitivity into the body, gives everyone the chance to become realized in the physical systems and to, literally, balance the masculine/feminine functions of the body or brain, such as the ability for focusing life-force, or healing, or illumination, into the body, not only nullifies or prevents deterioration, disease, or other symptoms, but its accumulation of awareness or sensitivity actually ignites the existence of naturally existing spiritual or mental abilities that are normally beyond human comprehension, allows these natural higher capacities to be more fully materialized and shared with others. That’s somewhat of a brief overview of what we’re going to do. So in this intensive, but yet simplified course, I’m going to go through and describe one by one the iris, the birth order, the genealogical applications, the grandparents, and how to ultimately begin to use the attention and feeling of this in the exchange of relationships to vitalize our own and each others bodies in such a way that these naturally existing spiritual attributes can be more fully realized.

So, on with the iris.

The iris is nothing short of a miracle. It is truly a stunning achievement. No one’s been able to come close to duplicating it. I doubt that anyone, including myself, has any full comprehension about all of its vastly incorporated capacities to be a mirror, window, door, and also a vehicle or guide. The human iris is the primary place that we look, the eye is where we first make contact with a person and it also represents the long term mirror of the body, the mind, the feeling, the relationship and, if you will consider the possibility, the iris represents also a sequence of lifetimes. That the fibers and shapes of the iris, the constitutional patterns that are long term, these are a reflection of character and spiritual qualities that each person incarnates with. There has been a long term controversy about whether or not the iris changes. And I’ll only share my experiences of the iris and the answer is yes, it changes, and no, it doesn’t. Meaning that the iris is very much a fingerprint. Pretty much past the age of 12, it’s probably 98% fixed. Under the age of 2 some patterns simply do not exist yet. Other patterns are already there and fully endowed and don’t change at all. We have photographic evidence of constitutional configurations of different shapes and/or colors being added to an iris in small children. But generally speaking, past the age of 16 to 18, it’s 99% fixed and thus the more recent scientific research of the eye is not only confirming that it is a psychometric indicator but it’s also a genetic fingerprint. Whereas the later uses and the applications of this, already well documented, is that the iris would be a form of security systems because they will attempt to make a barcode of it and it can’t be duplicated and no two people, including identical twins, has the same iris. And the iris in the left eye is always a little different from the iris in the right eye, and so on. But I’m reminded of the Biblical verse, "If thine eye be single.." The eye is the light of the body. What a remarkable thing to consider. The eye is the light of the body. The light, to me, being the living consciousness and the body being the temple, so the eye is the spiritual or soul’s inhabitation of the physical body. So by being able to look at the physical structures of the iris and to utilize the understanding that we have of them, it gives us the capacity to have a greater appreciation and the capacity to guide that individual soul on a sequence of its lessons. Because, if we’re going to consider that the iris is the soul and that we believe in the evolution of the soul through time, then it’s nice to be able to have something of a map through the iris to give us some indication about where this soul began, where it is, and where it’s going.

I would like to say at this point that I primarily adhere to an attitude that there are three forms of service that we offer society. And I know that these are also spoken of in other philosophies but it comes primarily from within myself also that there are 3 levels that we need to consider. But the primary consideration whenever we apply a tool, or a piece of information, or a word, or a sense of guidance, whenever we apply a therapy, or we do something to counsel or nurture someone else, the highest consideration that we should take into consideration first, is to guide the soul and its destiny, to nurture that soul, and to reveal as much as possible the individualized destiny of that particular soul on a sequence of its life experiences, having some idea of how to distinguish the individuality of the soul, its origin, and its life-path, is nothing more than nurturing that soul at its highest level. That’s level number one: nurture the soul and its destiny.

Level number two has to do with a form of service where this realization or guidance, or nurturing, no matter what modality it implies or utilizes, is to prevent disease and suffering before it occurs, which means literally, sometimes awareness, compassion, understanding or direction, a guardianship of a person, whether its parent to child, or guardian to child, or person to person, or friend to friend. Sometimes a wise use of information and/or knowledge enables that person receiving the information to have a realization so that they may walk upon the path without going through the unconscious experience of pain and suffering. Pain and suffering is divinely inspired. I do not believe that God or any Divine level wishes for us to suffer and/or to experience pain in order to grow. But the systems of cause and effect, when we apply our life-force and we utilize that life-force in such a way that hurts ourselves or someone else, it produces social, emotional, and physical pain for ourselves, or our genealogy, or our next lifetime. Whether you wish to call it karmic or otherwise that the use of life-force has within it the responsibility to use it wisely. That when we use it outside the boundaries of that which is of the greatest benefit, there are natural consequences. These natural consequences cause the illusion of pain and suffering. Pain and suffering is nothing more than the momentary guidance for us to realize a higher path is possible.

So the second paradigm to consider is to prevent disease and suffering before it happens, by illuminating the inherent soul of a person with the truth that enables them to embody from within a higher law, sufficient to be able to release the consequences that have been realized by subsequent involvement in the family tree or lifetimes or to be able to prevent the accumulation of physical or emotional symptoms that would cause them to suffer because they utilized higher law to replace the unconscious negativity of the past. That’s the second one. Prevent disease and suffering.

The third is resolve the symptoms, which means all of us have some form of emotional and physical accumulation that produces a series of symptoms. They could be a behavioral pattern, it could be an addiction, it could be a disease. But no matter what the social or physical implication, be it an emotional one such as a depression, be it a difficult one of the mind such as a neurosis, or a psychosis, if it’s in the bones, if it’s in the tissue, these are the symptoms of previous choices and the symptoms of previous choices may require that not only do we realize a different spiritual consideration, but we have to realize that the previous choices we’ve made have accumulated in some cellular matter in a gland or organ or system and cause these symptoms. Symptoms in the physical body are perhaps the most difficult because they are the most long term. But they reveal to us lessons that we’re learning with our personality, feeling, and body as they were handed to us genetically through our DNA and/or acquired in this lifetime by our actions. So that by the correct use of knowledge we nurture the soul and its destiny, we prevent disease and suffering and we resolve the symptoms. It may require everything from nutrition to body cleansing to touch to acupuncture to any other modality such as herbs or homeopathy. It requires whatever modality is necessary from prayer to movement to actually bring into the physical body the spiritual lessons and their correct realizations in mind, their feeling experiences in relationship, and their actions in the gestural or postural systems of the body. "Resolve the symptoms" is a sacred thing that most therapists are involved in, but it does really very little good, in the long run, to resolve symptoms by biochemically or electrically, or even by manipulation, be they acupuncture and/or other osteopathic or chiropractic or even herbal, to manipulate the yin/yang, masculine polarities of the body to eliminate symptoms without addressing the consciousness behind why those symptoms were originally stimulated.

So, in this work, we’re going to be constantly aware of these three levels. Nurture the soul, prevent suffering, resolve the symptoms. And we’re going to describe how, as much as possible, to utilize the iris, the gender, the birth position in the family tree, and its relationship retro-actively to grandparents and proactively to great-grandchildren. And its relationship to the natural world, meaning plants, animals, air, water, earth, fire, wood, metal, that all the elements of nature are directly reflected in what the soul is learning. So we’re going to go all the way through this in a simple way and yet I know to the listener it’s quite complicated. But in reality, at times, if you would just pause and consider that the inner reality of what this speaks of, the inner reality of the perfection of the soul and its incarnation, the actual inner reality of the body systems and the channels of life-force, they are already complete. It is not necessary to recreate them. Sometimes it’s only necessary to lovingly acknowledge them, be patient in their final manifestation into the body and their continuous evolution, but do not ever think that merely by the accumulation of more information that you will occupy a greater percentage of the soul. So it’s always a great dichotomy - to take only the pure and absolute grace of God, the effortless effort, or does it take total devotion - the diligence of personal responsibility. And I would honestly say it’s both. That we exist truly by the inspiration of the grace of God, and in that is the endowment of the incredible gift of free will where we’re given the right to experience our responsibility of having the vitality of a god and learning how to gradually come out of our infancy while at times violating as we all do, with our words, our emotions, our gestures, and our postures, how we lay waste to each other and ourselves by the use or misuse of linguistics, or emotions, or gestures, or postures, or family, or diet, or all the other plethora of possible mistakes of the human being. And by the way, I’ve made most of them. There are still more to make. But we have the free will to experience the consequences of this and the grace of God to be able to re-experience it until we get it right. So in this experience, the iris first came as a magnificently beautiful experience and I would always like to remind the person who looks in the iris, go there with a reverence, no less than the reverence of looking at the Divine. Look into someone’s iris with the full appreciation of a Divine miracle being reflected back to you. So when you look inside the iris, take with you the love and the appreciation of the beauty of the iris. Look for and increase the good within the person. Yes, there is a tradition of looking in the iris for looking at problems. And there’s certainly a benefit of using the iris physically and emotionally as a diagnostic tool, but one should be extremely cautious of using the iris consistently as a means of finding something wrong. I would much more encourage people to use the iris to find what is good and illuminate it. Thus, by illuminating the positive, the occupation of the negative is gradually dissolved without having to reinforce it through its natural tendencies to be there and identify it. And yet it’s true, most people will relate to the information you find in the iris by reflecting upon their negative habits, be they mental or physical. And yes, there is a certain rapport that comes from being able to identify somebody’s problems accurately so that when you can guide them from the problems to a higher realization through this rapport, yes, there are many ways to be able to do this.

So let’s just consider that the iris is a long term fingerprint even though we know it changes in childhood. And just so you know that there are two primary physical configurations in the region between the pupil and the perimeter of the iris. These two primary physical configurations have to do with the presence of a visible brown dot or a looped curve. And I will make reference to some iris charts so those who are listening to this can follow along. I’ll make reference to the Rayid Model, a Guide to Personality and Relationships Chart #2. If you have that chart, at the top of that chart you’ll see four irises from left to right. The first one, titled "Mental Type", the second one, "Emotional Type", third, "Kinesthetic", and the fourth, "Extremist". The first two are the primary most important ones because they represent the energetic forces of duality. The brown type dot under the mental category represents one half of the creation of the electro-magnetic energies that make up the very core of the earth and the physical body and its opposites. This brown dot configuration type is nothing more than an electrical configuration of a concentration of focus of energy, like a point. Whereas the iris next to it, called the "Emotional Type" is a rounded web curve, like an opposite. You might think of one like a spear, or a sword, that’s the mental type. The other one is like a flower, or a curve, or a lake, which is the emotional type, and I often think of them as intersecting. But the pointed type is also the vertical type, whereas the emotional type is a horizontal type. One is a spatial, round experience; that’s the emotional type, and the other is a pointed, linear or vertical type, and that’s the mental type. Now, I’ve also literally named these four physical patterns in nature. The mental type I call the jewel because a jewel or crystal represents kind of a concentration, or a pointedness. The feeling spatial or emotional type I call the flower because of its petal-like expression, its colorfulness, its fragileness. So these two physical/mechanical opposites, they make up all iris patterns. If you only learn these two, you’ve learned 100% of all people on the planet, because no matter what their iris type is, they’re primarily composed of different configurations of the electro or the magnetic in various forms. I also consider the electro to be masculine, or at times I refer to it as yang. The emotional being the feeling type and I’ll refer to it as being feminine or yin. So these electro-magnetic forces represent the vehicle through which the light of the soul, like a light shining through a lens, expresses or displays itself out into mental, emotional, physical phenomena. So the mental type is like forcing water through a pointed tip of a hose. Whereas the emotional type is more like spreading out like a fan, or a cascading of energies. These two - the electro and the magnetic - when combined, they produce everything else that we know of, including sweet and sour, potassium and sodium, alkaline and acid, and all of the interior yin and yang forces of the left and right brain and various body systems and glands, all the way down to subatomic particles, all the way up to the highest levels of heaven, are composed of these opposites. The correct use, combination of, or at times the correct union of these two opposites, of masculine and feminine, within one’s self, is the primary reason that we have incarnated. So, generally speaking, if somebody has a mental type iris and they have visible brown flecks in their iris, like the various forms of iris that you see on that chart that have round dots, that means that their soul has a long term tendency to be engaged in some form of pointed, electro-magnetic expression. What this looks or sounds like is that their primary language of being in the world is through words and/or it is through mind or it is through a need to understand, comprehend, and at times, rationalize or explain. That’s the characteristics of mental type.

The emotional type is a non-verbal expression of feeling or imagination which is very much indescribable in words, but more realized in impulse. They are a visual communicator. What’s intriguing is that the mental type is a "watcher". They are a visual learner, whereas the emotional type is a visual communicator. Thus, like the threads of a nut and a bolt, they fit together. The mental type is an auditory communicator whereas the emotional type is auditory learner, so one speaks, and the other listens. One produces images and the other one watches images and their energetics commingles together to produce a wholeness. So whether I’m a mental type or an emotional type, I am all of these and more. If I’m a mental type, it means I’m unconsciously learning how to be an emotional type. So many mental types have to learn how to feel. Many emotional types have to learn how to concentrate of focus. To facilitate this, in this world, we have a tendency to shut off our natural tendency and learn the other. For example, if somebody is born into a genetic constitution of an emotional type and they have the little webs or flowers throughout their iris structure, their natural tendency is feeling. But the natural tendency of a lifetime(?) is to shut the feeling off as they go into an experience of learning the opposite of how to be a thinking, analytical, controlled type. But the unconscious tendency to become the opposite is exactly what it is described as; unconscious. The unconscious tendency to deny or shut off part of ones being in order to unconsciously learn its opposite is how most people learn. For example, the thinking, analytical, mental type - the jewel, often times shuts off the masculine side of the brain in order to learn how to go to the right side of the brain in order to experience being a flower and having feeling and losing control. The feeling oriented type often times shuts off the right side of the brain in its attempt to go to the masculine side of the brain so that the masculinity that would learn by shutting off its femininity would increase its capacity for logic, control and self groundedness. Thus, each shuts off a facet of itself in an unconscious attempt to learn its opposite. So the mental type is attracted to the feeling type. The feeling type is attracted to the mental type. And yet, in reality,...
